The new Honda City will get petrol and diesel engine options with new BS6 fuel emission standards. It gets a 1.5-liter i-VTEC DOHC petrol engine.
This engine generates 121 PS of power at 6600 pm and 145 Nm of torque at 4300 rpm. This new technology has introduced with VTC.
It comes with a 6-speed manual transmission and a 7-speed CVT. This engine gets 17.8 km / l in manual transmission and 18.4 km / l with CVT.
While the diesel variants get a 1.5-liter i-DTEC diesel engine with BS6 fuel emission standards.
This engine generates 100 PS of power at 3600 pm and 200 Nm of torque at 1750 pm. It has a 6-speed manual transmission. This engine gives a mileage of 24.1 kilometers per liter.
